Real-Time Order Updates
Make updates to order items or details from the SpotOn Restaurant POS and see them reflected in Captain. Order status updates from Captain are sent back to SpotOn.
Driver Synching
Create drivers within SpotOn Restaurant POS to automatically add them as a driver in Captain AI. Signing in on the POS marks them as on duty in Captain.
Cash Out Management
Order ownership is accurate - completing a non-cash order in Captain will close it under the driver's user in SpotOn Restaurant POS.
Consolidated Billing
